The Gamay vines are rooted in pure granite soils that naturally restrict yields and concentrate aromatic lift. The hand picked grapes undergo a traditional whole cluster carbonic maceration with native wild yeasts in neutral containers. The wine ages in seasoned wood barrels to allow the
